摘要
近年来,非瘟爆发导致能繁母猪和生猪存栏量急速下降,稳产保供给成为农业农村工作重点,尤其是后非洲猪瘟时代,我国的养猪模式转变成为探讨热点。受非瘟疫情影响以及土地资源和环境保护限制,楼式猪舍应运而生,并取得一定成效,其具有占地面积少、生产效率高、节约人力成本等优点,但随之又产生出舍内布局、通风模式、物料转运、生物安全防控等问题。三研究调研广东、浙江4家多层立体规模化养猪场,从选址条件、建筑形式、舍内布局、饲养工艺、环境控制、清粪工艺、臭气处理、周转方式等方面总结各养殖场之间的区别和共同点,并归纳现阶段我国楼式猪舍建设中存在的主要困难和问题,为未来多层立体规模化猪场的标准化建设指明方向和思路。
In recent years,with the rapid decline of fertile sows and pig stocks caused by the outbreak of African swine fever,stabilizing production and ensuring supply has become the focus of agricultural and rural work,especially in the post African swine fever era,the transformation of pig raising mode in China has become a hot topic.Affected by African swine fever and limited by land resources and environmental protection,the building pig house came into being and achieved certain results.It has the advantages of small floor area,high production efficiency and labor cost saving,but it also produces problems such as house layout,ventilation mode,material transfer,biological safety prevention and control,etc.Investigate four multistorey three-dimensional large-scale pig farms in Guangdong and Zhejiang,summarized the differences and common points among the farms from the aspects of site selection conditions,building form of building pig houses,house layout,feeding technology,environmental control,fecal cleaning technology,odor treatment and turnover mode,and summarized the main difficulties and problems existing in the construction of building pig houses in China at the present stage,aimed to point out the direction and ideas for the standardization construction of multi-layer three-dimensional large-scale pig farms in the future.
