湖羊及其杂种生产性能和瘤胃微生物差异研究 被引量:1

Study on difference of performance and rumen microorganism between Hu sheep and its hybrids

摘要 为研究遗传背景对育肥羔羊生产性能、养分消化、肉品质和瘤胃微生物的影响,试验选择湖羊、陶湖杂种羊(陶赛特羊×湖羊)、澳湖杂种羊(澳洲白羊×湖羊)3个绵羊品种,饲喂相同全价颗粒日粮育肥至63 d,每个品种24只羊,群饲养殖,63 d每组挑选6只羊进行消化试验,并测定屠宰性能、养分消化率、肉品质和瘤胃微生物结构组成。结果表明:21、42 d和63 d陶湖杂种和澳湖杂种体重均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),且其1~21、22~42、1~63 d日增重均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),而其43~63 d日增重表现出高于湖羊的趋势(P=0.10)。陶湖杂种和澳湖杂种羔羊尾脂肪重和眼肌面积均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05)。两个杂种羊pH1有低于湖羊的趋势(P=0.07),而其肉色a^(*)有高于湖羊的趋势(P=0.08),且湖羊肉b^(*)显著低于两个杂交品种(P<0.05)。3个品种中以陶湖杂种的干物质(DM)消化率和有机物(OM)消化率最高,比湖羊分别高出6.24和5.76个百分点。陶湖杂种羔羊酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)消化率有高于澳湖杂种羔羊的趋势(P=0.08)。湖羊、陶湖杂种、澳湖杂种3个绵羊品种从瘤胃微生物门属水平上主要菌群均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是陶湖杂种羔羊属水平上Prevotella-1有高于湖羊的趋势(P=0.07)。综上,陶湖杂种和澳湖杂种生产性能优于湖羊,3个品种羔羊瘤胃微生物结构组成未见显著性差异。 The aim of this study was to assess the effects of genetic on growth performance,nutrient digestion,meat quality and rumen microorganisms of fattening lambs. Hu sheep,Tao-Hu hybrid(Dorset × Hu sheep) and Ao-Hu hybrid(Australian white × Hu sheep) were fed with the same pellet diet for 63 days. 24 sheep of each breed were selected and raised with groups in animal house. Six sheep of each group were selected for digestion test at 63 d. Slaughter performance,nutrient digestibility,meat quality and rumen microbial structure were determined as well. The results showed that the body weight of Tao-Hu hybrid and Ao-Hu hybrid at 21,42 d and 63 d were significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P < 0.05),and the daily gain at 1 ~ 21,22 ~ 42 d and 1 ~ 63 d were significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P < 0.05),while the daily gain at 43 ~ 63 d was higher than that of Hu sheep(P = 0.10). The tail fat weight and eye muscle area of Tao-Hu and Ao-Hu hybrid lambs were significantly higher than those of Hu sheep(P < 0.05). The pH_(1) of the two crossbred sheep was lower than that of Hu sheep(P = 0.07),while the meat color a^(*) of the two crossbred sheep was higher than that of Hu sheep(P = 0.08),and the meat b^(*) of Hu sheep was significantly lower than that of the two crossbred sheep(P < 0.05). Among the three breeds,the dry matter(DM)digestibility and organic matter(OM) digestibility of Tao-Hu hybrid were the highest,which were 6.24 and5.76 percentage points higher than Hu sheep,respectively. The acid detergent fiber(ADF) digestibility of Tao-Hu lamb was higher than that of Ao-Hu lamb(P = 0.08). There was no significant difference in rumen microflora among Hu sheep,Tao-Hu hybrid and AO-Hu hybrid(P > 0.05),but Prevotela_1 of Tao-Hu hybrid was higher than that of Hu sheep at the level of genus(P = 0.07). In conclusion,the performance of Tao-Hu hybrid and Ao-Hu hybrid was better than Hu sheep,and there was no significant difference in rumen microbial structure among the three breeds.
