摘要
随着对外通道的陆续建成,“十四五”时期雄安新区进入城市大规模建设与承接北京非首都功能疏解深入推进的重要阶段,迫切需要加快与北京、保定等周边地区构建一体化发展新格局,在以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局中发挥更加突出的作用。为此,下一步要适时推动雄安新区行政区划调整,加强雄安新区与周边地区一体化发展的顶层设计和强化雄安新区要素和产业集聚能力。
With the completion of external traffic projects one after another,Xiong’an New Area has entered an important phase for large scale urban construction and in-depth promotion of relieving Beijing’s non-capital functions during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period(2021-2025).There is an urgent need to accelerate the construction of a new integrated development pattern embracing Beijing,Baoding and other surrounding areas,and play a more important role in China’s new“dual circulation”development paradigm,which allows the domestic and overseas markets to reinforce each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay.Therefore,the next step is to timely promote the adjustment of the administrative divisions in Xiong’an New Area,enhance top-level design of the regional integration plan for Xiong’an New Area and its surrounding areas,and strengthen Xiong’an New Area’s capacity for the gathering of production factors and industrial agglomeration.
