摘要
目的:探讨阶段性健康宣教在PET/CT检查中的应用效果,为健康教育方法的临床使用提供参考。方法:选取在医院接受PET/CT检查的患者作为研究对象,按照检查时间将符合纳入标准的患者,分为对照组(103例)和干预组(126例)。对照组患者接受传统的健康宣教,干预组患者接受阶段性健康宣教。观察并比较两组患者检查依从性、护理满意度评分、宣教时间、宣教内容掌握情况。结果:两组患者PET/CT检查图像质量并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在检查依从性和护理满意度评分方面,干预组显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。此外,干预组患者对宣教内容的掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.001);宣教时间方面,干预组患者所用时间也显著多于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:阶段性健康宣教可以显著提高PET/CT检查时患者依从性,改善患者对护理服务的满意度和对健康宣教内容的掌握程度,但其花费时间较长,临床可以根据实际需要进行选择性使用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of stage health education in PET/CT examination,and provide reference for the clinical use of health education methods.Methods:The patients who underwent PET/CT examinations in the Hospital,were selected as the research objects.According to the examination time,the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(103 cases)and intervention group(126 cases).The control group received traditional health education,and the intervention group received periodic health education.Observe and compare the compliance of the two groups of patients,nursing satisfaction scores,time for education,and mastery of education content.Results:There was no statistical difference in the image quality of PET/CT examination between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of inspection compliance and nursing satisfaction scores,the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001).In addition,patients in the intervention group were better than the control group in their mastery of the education content(P<0.001).In terms of education time,patients in the intervention group also spent significantly more time than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Stage health education can significantly improve the patient compliance during PET/CT examinations,improve patients’satisfaction with nursing services and mastery of health education content,but it takes a long time.Therefore,the clinic can be selectively used according to actual needs.
