摘要
钝性胸部外伤通常由机动车事故、高处坠落、钝器伤和人身攻击引起。胸壁和肺损伤的范围从肋骨骨折到连枷胸,气胸到血胸,肺挫伤到支气管损伤等。胸部创伤会出现不同程度伤害,例如急性呼吸窘迫综合征、肺损伤等,需要紧急干预。肺挫伤是一种常见的外伤性肺部损伤,根据创伤的性质和严重程度,病情进展包括从轻度不适到突发性死亡。肺挫伤的治疗包括呼吸通畅、氧气支持、抗炎补液、胸腔引流等。通过早期诊断和紧急治疗,可缓解症状和减少死亡。
Blunt chest trauma is usually caused by motor vehicle accidents,falls,blunt force trauma,and name calling.Chest Wall and lung injuries range from rib fractures to flail chest,pneumothorax to hemothorax,lung contusions to bronchial injury.Chest trauma can occur with different injuries,such as Acute respiratory distress syndrome,lung injury,and so on,requiring urgent intervention.Pulmonary contusion is a common type of traumatic lung injury,which can range from mild discomfort to sudden death depending on the nature and severity of the injury.The treatment of lung contusion includes smooth breathing,oxygen support,anti-inflammatory fluid replacement,Thoracic Drainage,etc.Relief of symptoms and reduction of deaths through early diagnosis and emergency treatment.
