低碳背景下含可再生能源配电网降损研究 被引量:24

Research on Loss Reduction of Distribution Network Containing Renewable Energy under Low Carbon Background

摘要 含可再生能源的配电网相较传统无源配电网,网损情况发生较大变化,给配电网节能改造规划带来了困难,为此提出了一种面向含可再生能源配电网的分层分区降损方法。该方法首先计算含源配电网网损,根据网损大小及子区规模完成子区资金分配;其次建立双层模型,对配电网降损方案寻优,实现资金的优化配置、提高减排效益。算例采用某市电网数据进行分析,在500万的预算下能够实现降低约0.1%的网损,相当于年减少326吨碳排放,表明本文所提方法能够有效的实现降损目标,减少碳排放。 Compared with the traditional passive distribution network,the distribution network containing renewable energy has a large change in the loss of the distribution network,which brings difficulties to the energy-saving transformation planning of the distribution network.The layered and zoned loss reduction method of the network is put forward.This method first calculates the loss of the distribution network with sources,and completes the allocation of sub-region funds according to the size of the network loss and the size of the sub-region;secondly,a two-layer model to optimize the loss reduction plan of the distribution network is established to realize the optimal allocation of funds and improve the reduction for row benefit.The calculation example uses the data of a certain city's power grid for analysis,and it can achieve a reduction of about 0.1%of the network loss under a budget of 5 million,which is equivalent to an annual reduction of 326 tons of carbon emissions,indicating that the method proposed in this paper can effectively achieve the loss reduction target and reduce carbon emission.
