摘要
目的:探讨延续性康复护理对脑梗死出院患者脑功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年4月三明市第一医院收治的脑梗死患者114例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组57例。对照组采用常规出院指导,观察组实施延续性康复护理。比较2组患者脑功能恢复效果[美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)]及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]。结果:观察组出院后12个月的NIHSS评分和PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,随访复发率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:延续性康复护理模式可有效促进脑梗死患者出院后的脑功能恢复,改善睡眠质量,同时降低复发率,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the influence of continuous rehabilitation nursing for brain function and sleep quality of patients with cerebral infarction discharged from hospital.Methods:A total of 114 patients with cerebral infarction in First Hospital of Sanming City from January 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge guidance,and the observation group was given continuous rehabilitation nursing.Then the brain function situation[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]of two groups were compared.Results:The NIHSS score and PSQI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group at 12 months after discharge,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively promote the recovery of brain function after discharge of patients with cerebral infarction,improve sleep quality,and reduce the recurrence rate,so it is worth popularizing.
