摘要
探讨聚酰亚胺织物的防电弧性能。以3种聚酰亚胺织物为试验材料,在搭建的电弧试验平台上进行不同电流等级下的防电弧性能测试。结果表明:3种聚酰亚胺织物在电弧作用下均不燃烧、不熔融;纯聚酰亚胺织物在10 kA的电弧能量下温升低于Stoll曲线在10 s时达到二级烧伤所需的温度。认为:在搭建的试验平台进行材料的电弧试验具有可行性;聚酰亚胺织物可用于防电弧服。
Anti-arc property of polyimide fabric was discussed.Three kinds of polyimide fabrics were used as test materials to test arc resistance at different current levels on the arc test platform.The results showed that the three kinds of polyimide fabrics were not burn or melt under the action of arc.The temperature rise of pure polyimide fabric at 10 kA arc energy was lower than the temperature required for Stoll curve to achieve second-degree burn at 10 s.It is considered that it is feasible to conduct arc test on the test platform.Polyimide fabric can be used for arc proof fabric.
