摘要
为解决双主梁钢板组合梁负弯矩区桥面板易开裂的难题,将超高性能混凝土UHPC(Ultra-High Performance Concrete)用于横向湿接缝的现浇。以瑞苍高速公路1联双主梁钢板组合连续梁桥为例,介绍了负弯矩区UHPC接缝设计方案,并与常规接缝技术方案进行对比;同时,采用有限元方法分析了UHPC接缝的受力性能。结果表明:负弯矩区UHPC接缝结构技术可行,便于快速化施工;承载能力、抗裂性能及UHPC桥面板疲劳性能均满足相关规范要求,安全性能良好。
In order to solve the problem that the deck slab of double girder steel plate composite beam is easy to crack in the negative moment area,UHPC was applied to the transverse cast-in-place wet joint.Based on a double girder steel plate composite continuous beam bridge in Rui’an-Cangnan Expressway,this paper introduces the design scheme of UHPC joint in negative moment area,and compares it with the conventional joint technology scheme.Meanwhile,the mechanical performance of UHPC joint is analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the UHPC joint structure in negative moment area is technically feasible,which is convenient for rapid construction.The bearing capacity,crack resistance and fatigue performance of UHPC bridge deck meet the requirements of relevant specifications with good safety performance.
