乳腺三维超声成像新技术发展与趋势 被引量:4

Development and Trend of New Technologies for Three-Dimensions Ultrasound Imaging of the Breast

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化的加速、工业化、城市化以及生活方式的改变,女性乳腺癌发病率逐年上升并呈年轻化趋势,提高早期乳腺癌的检出率并进行及时有效的治疗是降低乳腺癌病死率的有效措施。乳腺癌已成为卫生部重点筛查疾病,目前乳腺癌检查手段主要有三种:乳腺X射线检查、乳腺超声检查和乳腺核磁检查,其中乳腺超声以其无辐射、安全有效、便捷经济等特点被推荐为常规筛查首选方式,但同时也存在成像范围小、特异性低、依赖医生经验等问题。文章通过探讨国内外乳腺三维超声成像新技术的理论基础、技术优势与发展情况,和与新技术相适应的乳腺三维超声成像检测技术的分析与发展,展望了国产乳腺三维超声成像新技术的发展趋势与前景。 With the acceleration of China’s population aging,industrialization,urbanization and lifestyle changes,the incidence of breast cancer in women has increased year by year and shown a trend of rejuvenation,and improving the detection rate of early breast cancer and timely and effective treatment is an effective measure to reduce breast cancer mortality.Breast cancer has become the key screening disease of the Ministry of Health,the current breast cancer examination methods are mainly three:breast X-ray examination,breast ultrasonography and breast magnetic examination,of which breast ultrasound is recommended as the preferred method of routine screening with its characteristics of no radiation,safe and effective,convenient and economical,but there are also problems such as small imaging range,low specificity,dependence on doctor experience and so on.By discussing the theoretical basis,technical advantages and development of new technologies for breast three-dimensions ultrasound imaging at home and abroad,and the analysis and development of three-dimensions ultrasound imaging detection technology for breast that are compatible with new technologies,this paper looks forward to the development trend and prospect of new technologies for domestic three-dimensions ultrasound imaging of breast.
