摘要
通过原位捣固试验研究了捣固次数对道砟破碎的影响规律,并对道砟颗粒的典型破碎形式进行了分析。结果表明:捣固作业会引起道砟颗粒发生明显的破碎伤损,进而导致道砟整体级配发生显著变化,应在有砟道床的养护维修中予以重点关注。捣固作业最容易引起56~63 mm粒径的道砟颗粒发生破碎。对于运营期道床,捣固作业导致的道砟颗粒破碎会使25 mm粒径以下的道砟颗粒质量显著增加,是造成道床质量脏污率增大的主要原因。
Through the in-situ tamping test,the influence laws of tamping times on ballast crushing was studied,and the typical crushing forms of ballast particles were analyzed.The results show that tamping operation will cause obvious crushing and damage of ballast particles,resulting in significant changes in the overall grading of ballast,which should be paid special attention to in the maintenance of ballast bed of ballasted track.Tamping operation is most likely to cause crushing of ballast particles with particle size of 56~63 mm.For the ballast bed during the operation period,the crushing of ballast particles caused by tamping operation will significantly increase the quality of ballast particles with a particle size of less than 25 mm,which is the main reason for the increase of ballast bed quality pollution rate.
