摘要
本文旨在研究德国洋甘菊和罗马洋甘菊多糖的单糖组成和体外多糖的抗氧化活性。采用超声水提,乙醇沉淀得多糖,再经三氟乙酸水解,1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生化,采用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)测定两种洋甘菊多糖中单糖组分的摩尔比。采用5种不同的方法测定两种洋甘菊多糖的体外抗氧化能力。结果表明,高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)测定两种洋甘菊多糖中单糖组分摩尔比存在差异。两种洋甘菊多糖有不同的抗氧化能力,可以针对性的进行抗氧化活性开发和利用。
The aim of this study was to study the monosaccharide composition and antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Matricaria chamomilia and Anthemis nobilis.The polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic water,precipitated by ethanol,hydrolyzed by trifluoroacetic acid and derivatized by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolinone(PMP).The molar ratio of monosaccharide components in two kinds of Chamomile polysaccharides was determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).The antioxidant activity of two kinds of Chamomile polysaccharides in vitro was determined by 5 different methods.The results showed that the molar ratio of monosaccharide components in the two kinds of Chamomile polysaccharides was different by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).The two kinds of chamomile polysaccharides have different antioxidant capacity,which can be targeted to develop and utilize the antioxidant activity.
