摘要
根瘤菌为革兰氏阴性菌,与特定豆科植物形成根瘤,通过共生固氮作用将空气中的分子氮转化为铵态氮。共生固氮体系在农业生产方面具有重要意义,不仅能够提高土壤肥力、减少化肥污染,而且能够增加生物有效氮源,提高产量和品质。近年来,随着根瘤菌资源的不断发掘,根瘤菌的系统分类逐渐为人们所关注。综述了与根瘤菌系统分类有关的根瘤菌表型多样性和遗传多样性应用研究技术,讨论了根瘤菌多样性不同研究技术的异同,旨在为根瘤菌的系统分类研究提供理论依据。
Rhizobium bacteria are gram-negative bacteria that live symbiotically with certain legumes to form nodules and convert airborne molecules into ammonium nitrogen.Symbiotic nitrogen fixation systems have important implications for agricultural production,such as improving soil fertility,reducing fertilizer pollution,and increasing biologically available nitrogen sources to improve yield and quality.In recent years,with the development of rhizobia resources,the system classification of rhizobia has been paid more attention.In this paper,the applied research techniques of phenotypic diversity and genetic diversity of rhizobia were reviewed,and the differences of research techniques on rhizobia diversity were also discussed.The aim is to provide theoretical support for the system classification of rhizobia.
