顺槽沿空留巷弱化孔切顶及加强支护技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决"三软煤层"沿空留巷期间的支护难题,以科兴能源15113运输顺槽为工程背景,通过数值计算、数值模拟、工程实践等手段,分析计算切顶留巷所需的支护阻力,研究最佳的"弱化孔"布置参数。结果表明:15113运输顺槽切顶所需支护阻力为1519 kN/m,切顶弱化钻孔深度为6.0 m,钻孔向采空区偏斜的最佳角度为10°,留巷期间顶底板最大移近量为324 mm,设计的方案取得了良好的留巷切顶效果。 In order to solve the problem of support during gob-side roadway retention in "three soft coal seams",taking the 15113 transportation channel of Kexing Energy as the engineering background,the support resistance needed for roof cutting and roadway retention is analyzed and calculated by means of numerical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The best layout parameters of "weakening hole" are studied.The results show that the supporting resistance required for roof cutting along the 15113 transportation channel is 1519 kN/m,the depth of drilling hole weakening is 6.0 m,the best angle of drilling hole deviation to goaf is 10 °,and the maximum movement of roof and floor during roadway retention is 324 mm.The designed scheme has achieved good roof cutting effect.
