摘要
目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中绿色通道中采取中西医结合急诊临床护理路径后实际效果。方法纳入2020年1月—2021年6月医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中绿色通道患者70例。根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组予以普通急诊护理流程,观察组予以中西医结合急诊临床护理路径。分析两组护理后救治效果、不良反应发生率及急诊停留时间。结果观察组救治有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急诊停留时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施中西医结合急诊临床护理路径干预急性缺血性脑卒中绿色通道,能够提高救治效果,缩短急诊停留时间,提高绿色通道效率,不良反应较少。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the actual effect of emergency clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the green channel of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were included.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given ordinary emergency nursing process,and the observation group was given emergency clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The treatment effect,adverse reaction rate and emergency stay time of the two groups were analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05);The emergency stay time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency clinical nursing pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to intervene in the green channel of acute ischemic stroke can improve the treatment effect,shorten the emergency stay time,improve the efficiency of the green channel,and have less adverse reactions.
