摘要
为有效降低15506工作面的瓦斯含量,保障本煤层预抽效果,采用Fluent数值模拟软件进行抽采钻孔参数模拟分析,基于模拟结果得出抽采负压、抽采时间及钻孔直径与瓦斯抽采效果间的关系,结合工作面瓦斯赋存特征进行大直径长钻孔瓦斯抽采方案设计,并在抽采方案实施期间进行抽采数据监测分析。结果表明:大直径长钻孔抽采方案实施后,预抽区域瓦斯含量大幅降低,瓦斯抽采效果显著。
In order to effectively reduce the gas content of the 15506 working face and ensure the pre-drainage effect of the coal seam, the Fluent numerical simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the drainage drilling parameters. Based on the simulation results, the drainage negative pressure, drainage time, drilling diameter and gas are obtained. The relationship between the drainage effects, combined with the characteristics of gas occurrence in the working face, is used to design a large-diameter long borehole gas drainage plan, and conduct drainage data monitoring and analysis during the implementation of the drainage plan. The results show that after the implementation of the large-diameter long borehole drainage plan, the gas content in the pre-drainage area is greatly reduced, and the gas drainage effect is significant.
