大水头煤矿西303自动化综放工作面乳化液泵站系统变频控制节能应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着科技的进步和综合机械化、信息化的发展,煤炭企业逐步从“长时间”向“高效率”发展,煤矿对生产效率的要求也越来越高。基于节能目的,对大水头煤矿西303自动化综放工作面BRW500/31.5型矿用乳化液泵站进行恒压变频控制进行研究,通过现场观测和理论计算分析化液泵变频工作原理及应用价值,得出了变频节能技术的经济效益和社会效益,并对矿山机电设备应用变频节能技术的前景进行了展望。 With progress of science and technology and development of comprehensive mechanization and informatization,coal enterprises have gradually developed from"long term"to"high efficiency",and coal mines have higher and higher requirements for production efficiency.Based on purpose of energy saving,the constant pressure frequency conversion control of BRW500/31.5 mining emulsion pump station in west 303 automatic fully-mechanized caving face of Dashuitou Coal Mine is studied.The working principle and application value of frequency conversion of chemical pump are analyzed through field observation and theoretical calculation,and the economic and social benefits of frequency conversion energy saving technology are obtained.The prospect of applying frequency conversion energy saving technology to mine electromechanical equipment is prospected.
