摘要
本研究以全国范围5238位教师及其中的909位轮岗教师为样本,考察向下流动、向上流动、同级流动三种轮岗路径的教师在流入校的工作参与及其影响因素。研究发现:三类教师在参与教师发展和学生发展工作上表现较好,在参与学校发展工作上表现相对较弱。其中,向下流动教师在工作参与各维度表现最好,同级流动教师表现最差。轮岗意愿是影响三类教师在流入校工作参与的最大因素,轮岗教师的人事管理等轮岗实施因素也对其在流入校工作参与产生一定影响。
This study investigated the rotating teachers’work participation and its influencing factors based on three different rotation paths,namely downward rotation,upward rotation and same-level rotation with a sample size of 5328 teachers in China,within which 909 teachers were in rotation.The results show that the three types of teachers participated relatively more in teacher development and student development related affairs,while relatively less in school development related affairs;among them,the downward rotating teachers perform best in all dimensions of work participation,while the same-level rotating teachers perform worst.The willingness to rotate is the biggest factor that affects the work participation of the three types of teachers,and policy implementation factors such as personnel management also have certain influences on teachers’work participation.
