基于RecurDyn的车厢门系统涉水动力学仿真研究

摘要 基于动力学仿真软件RecurDyn的仿真分析功能,对地铁车厢门系统在涉水时的受力情况进行仿真研究。以地铁车辆塞拉门和移门为研究对象,首先对门系统进行模型简化及运动关系设置,完成对门系统的结构建模。其次对地铁门系统在涉水情况下进行开门动作的动力学仿真分析,最终得出车门在涉水情况下门扇的受力情况,并得出门扇无法打开的原因,为后续进一步提高地铁车辆门系统的安全运营提供参考。 Based on the simulation analysis function of Dynamic Simulation Software RecurDyn,the stress of subway car door system in wading is simulated.Taking the sliding door and sliding door of metro vehicle as the research object,firstly,the model of the door system is simplified and the motion relationship is set,and the structural modeling of the door system is completed.Secondly,the dynamic simulation analysis of the door opening action of the subway door system under the condition of wading is carried out,and finally the stress of the door leaf under the condition of wading is obtained,and the reason why the door leaf cannot be opened is obtained,which provides a reference for further improving the safe operation of the subway vehicle door system.
