Simulation and optimization of fuel supply system for PEMFC

摘要 燃料供给系统对保障电池系统性能及产业推广具有重要意义。通过计算流体力学数值仿真方法,分析燃料供给的浓度、流道非均匀截面增压结构设计和压力降(压降)控制对电池性能的影响。提高氧气供给浓度,增大阳极氢气的相对湿度,电池表现出较优的性能。提出一种蛇形流道与平行流道相结合的复合流道结构设计,在阳极流道放置一个增压结构,能控制燃料供给压降,优化系统性能。 The fuel supply system was of great significance to guarantee the performance of cell system and industrial promotion.Through the numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics,the influence of concentration of fuel supply,pressurization structure design of non-uniform cross-section of flow channel and pressure drop control on cell performance was analyzed.Increasing the O_(2) supply concentration and the relative humidity of anode H_(2),the cell showed better performance.A composite flow field structure design combining a serpentine flow channel and a parallel flow channel was proposed.By placing an pressurization structure in anode flow channel,the fuel supply pressure drop was controlled,the system performance was optimized.
