摘要
创新驱动战略的实施,为企业的经济发展注入新的动力,提升企业的创新绩效。围绕员工间的知识分享和企业的组织结构对企业创新绩效进行研究,将知识分享作为自变量,企业创新绩效作为因变量,并将组织结构作为中介变量,探讨知识分享在组织结构影响下对企业创新绩效的影响。采用调查问卷的形式。经数据分析研究,结果表明:知识分享对企业创新绩效存在正向影响,组织结构在其中起着中介作用。
The implementation of innovation-driven strategy injects new impetus into the economic development of enterprises so that enterprises can obtain new economic support for development.This paper focuses on knowledge sharing among employees and organizational structure to study enterprise innovation performance,taking knowledge sharing as independent variable,enterprise innovation performance as dependent variable,and organizational structure as intermediate variable,to explore the influence of knowledge sharing on enterprise innovation performance under the influence of organizational structure.This study adopts the form of questionnaire to collect data.Data analysis shows that knowledge sharing has a positive impact on firm innovation performance,and organizational structure plays a mediating role.
