Discussion on the Teaching of Human Resources Courses under the Concept of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

摘要 随着“大思政”格局的构建越来越受到重视,在开展人力资源课程教学的过程中,如何适应形势发展需要,融入“三全育人”机制,大力推动课程思政体系建设,应当成为教师高度重视的课题。该文在简要分析课程思政对人力资源课程教学的影响的基础上,重点分析了课程思政理念下人力资源课程教学存在的问题,最后就如何落实课程思政理念、推动人力资源课程教学取得更好的成效提出优化策略,旨在为推动人力资源课程教学改革、创新、发展提供参考与借鉴。 As more and more attention is paid to building a pattern of“comprehensive ideological and political education”,in the teaching process of human resources courses,how to adapt to the development needs of the situation,integrate the mechanism of“three aspects of education”,and vigorously promote the construction of the curriculum-based ideological and political education system,should become a topic that are highly valued by teachers.Based on a brief analysis of the influence of curriculum-based ideological and political education on the teaching of human resources courses,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the teaching of human resources courses under the concept of curriculum-based ideological and political education.Finally,this paper puts forward optimization strategies on how to implement the concept of curriculum-based ideological and political education and promote the teaching of human resources courses to achieve better results,aiming to provide reference for promoting the reform,innovation and development of human resources teaching.
