摘要
为降低电能计量误差、提高电能计量效果、实现对发电系统电能量值的高精度计算,本研究设计了一种基于小波变换的光伏并网发电系统电能计量方法。该方法首先基于电能计量装置准确采集电能数据,然后在小波变换方法的支持下,计算电能量值并校准电能计量误差。对比实验结果表明:在实际应用中,该方法能够有效降低无功电能计量误差和有功电能计量误差,从而实现对发电系统电能量值的高精度计量,为电力企业提供更具利用价值的电力数据。
In order to reduce electric energy metering errors,increase its effects and realize high-accuracy calculation to electric energy value of the generating system,a kind of electric energy metering method of photovoltaic combined generating system based on wavelet converter in the paper.The method first collect electric energy data based on electric energy metering device accurately,then under the support of the wavelet conerter method,calculate electric energy value and correct the electric energy errors.The experimental results show the methed can effectively reduce reactive electric energy metering errors and active electric energy metering errors,thus achieving high-accuracy calculation to the electric energy value of the generating system and providing more useful power data for power enterprises.
