考虑中点电位平衡的三电平矢量分解SVPWM算法 被引量:5

摘要 二极管中点箝位三电平变流器具有广泛的工业应用,针对其算法实现复杂的问题,将三电平参考电压矢量转化为两电平参考电压矢量,再结合成熟的两电平SVPWM算法简化三电平算法的实现过程。同时,针对三电平拓扑中点电位不平衡问题,提出了一种中点电压PI控制方式,分析了上下电容电压差值与中点电流的关系,通过PI控制器将电容电压差值作为中点电流的给定值,以保持中点电位平衡。仿真和实验验证了三电平矢量分解SVPWM算法和中点电位平衡控制策略的有效性。 The diode neutral point clamped three-level converter has a wide range of industrial applications.Aiming at the problem of complex algorithm implementation,the three-level SVPWM algorithm was simplified by transforming the three-level reference voltage vector into the two-level refe-rence voltage vector in combination with the mature two-level SVPWM algorithm.And,in view of the problem of the neutral point potential imbalance of the three-level topology,a neutral point voltage PI control method was proposed.The relationship between the difference of upper and lower capacitor voltage and the neutral point current was analyzed,and the difference of capacitor voltage was taken as the given value of neutral point current through PI controller,so as to maintain the neutral point potential balance.The effectiveness of the three-level vector decomposition SVPWM algorithm and the neutral point potential balance control strategy was verified by simulation and experiment.
