摘要
目的分析早期肠内营养对重型颅脑损伤患者免疫功能及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院重症医学科收治的90例重型颅脑损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规营养支持,研究组采用早期肠内营养支持,比较两组颅内感染发生率,治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM以及CD4、CD8计数。结果研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IgG、IgA、IgM以及CD4、CD8计数比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组IgG、IgA、IgM以及CD4、CD8计数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果优于常规营养支持,能进一步改善重型颅脑损伤患者的免疫功能与蛋白质代谢情况,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition on immune function and complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in the Department of Critical Medicine of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutritional support,and the study group received early enteral nutrition support,the incidence of intracranial infection,IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4 and CD8 counts before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4 count and CD8 count between the two groups;after treatment,the IgG,IgA,IgM,CD4 and CD8 counts in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe craniocerebral injury is better than that of routine nutritional support,it can further improve the immune function and protein metabolism of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of popularization.
