摘要
针对煤矿用带式输送机控制系统存在的实时性差、安全性低的问题,设计基于CAN总线优先级通讯的带式输送机控制系统。采用主从控制模式,主从控制器间以CAN总线通讯完成控制指令以及数据的交互,对优先级较高的控制指令优先发送,保证控制系统本质安全。该方案能够保证带式输送机控制系统的实时性和安全性,提高煤矿生产效率,具有较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time performance and low safety in the belt conveyor control system used in coal mines, the author designs a belt conveyor control system based on CAN bus priority communication by using the master-slave control mode, with CAN bus communication to complete the control instructions and data interaction of the master-slave controller, which can ensure the real-time performance and safety of the belt conveyor control system, improve the production efficiency of coal mines, and has good economic benefits.
