摘要
为评估试验水池造流剖面流速分布,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对试验水池主体的造流剖面进行二维模拟和三维模拟。结果显示,射流倾角与流道高度对试验区水流流态具有关键性的影响。分层开启流道和不同流量配比工况可分段满足工艺指标要求的流切变,且横向水流的偏差不大于10.0%。二维模拟和三维模拟的结果存在一定差异,但整体趋势基本相同。因此,二维模拟可用于前期方案优化。
In order to evaluate the current velocity distribution of current generation profile in test basin,the CFD software is used to perform the two-dimensional simulation and three-dimensional simulation of current generation profile in test basin body.The results show that the jet angle and current channel height possess a key influence on the current state in test area.Opening the current channel in layers and different current ratio conditions can meet the current shear required by the technology index in sections,and the deviation of transverse current is no greater than 10.0%.There is a certain difference between the results of two-dimensional simulation and three-dimensional simulation,but the overall trend is basically the same.Therefore,the two-dimensional simulation can be used for the early-stage scheme optimization.
