新建地方本科院校化工实验室仪器安全管理现状及应对措施--以贵州师范学院为例被引量：3

摘要当前,新建地方本科院校实验室的建设是地方高校“双一流”建设的重要环节,其中化工实验室仪器设备的管理现状及应对措施直接关系到新建地方本科院校实验室的建设现状。实验室仪器设备的日常运行状况与高校教学效果、学生培养和科研建设有直接联系。目前新建地方本科院校由于其自身办学条件和教学管理经验的限制,在化工实验室仪器设备的日常运行和配置中普遍存在设备配置不合理、设备管理能力不足、实验技术人员队伍建设不够规范等问题,导致设备的使用率不高、实际效能达不到最大化。从目前高校服务地方经济发展、高校实验室设备功能的日新月异、高校之间科研能力竞争激烈等角度出发,都对实验室仪器设备的管理提出了更高要求。而新建地方本科院校在这方面本身起点就低,想要实现后发赶超,需付出更多努力。以贵州师范学院(下面简称贵师院)为例分析了目前新建地方本科院校化工实验仪器设备的管理现状,并概况了实验室仪器设备日常管理面临的困境,并简要提出了相应的措施。 At present,the construction of laboratories in Newly-built Local Colleges and universities is an important link in the"double firstclass"construction of local colleges and universities.The management status and countermeasures of laboratory instruments and equipment are directly related to the construction status of laboratories in Newly-built Local Colleges and universities.The daily operation of laboratory instruments and equipment is directly related to the teaching effect,student training and scientific research construction in colleges and universities.At present,due to the limitations of their own school running conditions and teaching management experience,there are many problems in the daily operation and configuration of laboratory instruments and equipment,such as unreasonable equipment configuration,insufficient equipment management ability,and non-standard construction of experimental technicians,resulting in low utilization rate of equipment and failure to maximize the actual efficiency.From the perspective of serving the local economic development,the rapid change of the functions of laboratory equipment in colleges and universities,and the fierce competition of scientific research ability among colleges and universities,higher requirements are put forward for the management of laboratory instruments and equipment.The starting point of Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges in this regard is low.If you want to catch up with the latter,you need to make more efforts.Taking Guizhou Education University as an example,this paper analyzes the current management situation of experimental instruments and equipment in Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges,summarizes the difficulties faced by the daily management of laboratory instruments and equipment,and briefly puts forward the corresponding measures.
