摘要
整车性能开发中,轻量化影响着众多性能模块。以新能源汽车车身系统为研究对象,阐述了其轻量化实现路径及评价方法,并详细介绍了CAE仿真评价法及实物测评法,提出了在实际产品开发中,需要将两种方法联合起来,并综合对比、相互印证,才能达到更好的效果。
In the development of vehicle performance,lightweight affects many performance modules.Taking the new energy vehicle body system as the research object,its lightweight implementation path and evaluation method were expounded,and the CAE simulation evaluation method and physical evaluation method were introduced in detail.It was put forward that in the actual product development,in order to achieve better results,the two methods need to be combined,compared and confirmed each other.
