摘要
目的探讨补肺养心汤结合西药治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2018年7月—2020年2月江西省上饶市婺源县中医院收治的60例老年冠心病心力衰竭患者进行分组,各30例。对照组施以西药治疗,试验组施以补肺养心汤结合西药治疗。对患者治疗前及治疗3个月后的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CL)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)的变化情况、临床疗效情况进行观察。结果相比于治疗前,治疗3个月后,试验组的LVEF、SV、CO、CL明显提升,HR、SBP、DBP明显降低,LVESD、LVEDD明显缩小,并且试验组的临床疗效明显较优,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺养心汤结合西药治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭具有良好的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bufei Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Bufei Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine The changes of cardiac index(CL),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and clinical efficacy were observed. Results Compared with before treatment,after 3 months of treatment,LVEF,SV,Co,CL of the experimental group were significantly increased,HR,SBP,DBP were significantly decreased,LVESD,LVEDD were significantly reduced,and the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bufei Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease and heart failure has good effect.
