摘要
本文对克罗诺杆菌的特性进行了介绍,并围绕基于分子生物学快速检测技术(包含PCR技术、荧光定量PCR技术、等温扩增技术、其他技术)和免疫学快速检测技术(包含免疫磁珠检测技术、酶联免疫吸附检测技术、重组酶等温扩增试纸条检测技术、荧光脂质体免疫检测技术)展开分析,以供参考。
This paper introduces the characteristics of Cronobacillus, and analyzes the rapid detection technologies based on molecular biology(including PCR technology, fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, isothermal amplification technology, multi-site sequence typing technology and other technologies) and immunology(including immunomagnetic beads detection technology, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology, recombinant enzyme isothermal amplification test strip detection technology, fluorescent liposome immunoassay technology) for reference.
