摘要
目的:在过去的几十年里,众多研究揭示了模拟医学(Simulation-based Medical Education,SBME)在医学教育体系中的重要性。然而,SBME对医学本科生的能力培养仍有待进一步探讨。方法:本研究为单中心队列研究,共纳入1178名本科三年级医学生,分为对照组和SBME组。所有参与者均给予书面知情同意。比较两组学生的成绩(理论成绩和实践成绩)差异,并进行反馈问卷。结果:SBME能显著提高学生在实践技能和理论考试方面的成绩(P<0.001)。本组学生人文关怀和医患沟通成绩均较对照组显著增高。同时,SBME组的学生更倾向于花时间与他人交流互动。结论:SBME是一种有效的教学方法,能提高医学生的反思能力和沟通能力,取得较好的教学效果。
Objective:In the past several decades,numerous studies have revealed the importance of Simulation-based Medical Education(SBME)in the medical education system.However,the ability development of SBME for medical undergraduates needs further discussion.Methods:The study was a single-center cohort study.178 undergraduates were divided into control group and SBME group.All participants were given written informed consent.The results of the two groups were compared,and the feedback questionnaire was used.Results:SBME can significantly improve students’performance in practical skills and theoretical examinations(P<0.001).The scores of humanistic care and doctor-patient communication in this group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Meanwhile,the students in group SBME were more inclined to spend time interacting with others.Conclusion:SBME is an effective teaching method,it can improve the students’reflective ability and communication ability,and obtain better teaching effect.
