ZJF油田采出水达标处理回注技术探索与实践 被引量:2

Exploration and practice of reinjection technology for the up-to-standard treatment of oilfield wastewater in ZJF Oilfield

摘要 ZJF油田采出水处理系统采用“大罐沉降+悬浮污泥过滤”工艺,处理后的水经注水泵集中增压后再进行回注。经分析,站内水处理系统水质合格率低的关键因素是系统暴氧,通过在装置顶部注入氮气的密闭方式,使得站内处理水质合格率提高至98.4%。注水井井口水质合格率低的主要原因是注水管道内结垢引起的沿程污染,通过在井口加装过滤装置的方法使井口水质达标率提高至97.8%,最终实现油田采出水的达标处理回注。当井口过滤装置一级/二级滤芯规格分别为50μm/5μm时为最佳组合方案,当来水水质比较稳定时,清洗更换滤芯的周期可达12~15 d。 The oilfield wastewater treatment system of ZJF Oilfield adopts“large sedimentation tank+suspended sludge filtration”.The treated water is pressurized by the water injection pump and injected into the formation.This paper determines that the system exposure to oxygen is the key factor in the low qualification rate of water quality.The qualification rate of water quality is raised to 98.4%by the nitrogen injection into the top of the device.The main reason for the low qualification rate of water quality in the wellhead of the water injection well is the pollution caused by the scaling in the water injection pipeline.The qualification rate of water quality can reach 97.8%by the installation of the filter device in the wellhead.Finally,the oilfield wastewater with standard treatment is injected into the formation.The best combination is the primary and secondary filter elements with filtration accuracy of 50μm and 5μm respectively.When the water quality is relatively stable,the cleaning and replacing cycle of the filter element can reach 12~15 days.
