浸水环境下钢渣骨料体积胀裂与强度劣化试验研究 被引量:4

Study on Volume Expansion Cracking and Strength Degradation of Steel Slag Aggregate under Water Immersion

摘要 采用四种不同产地的钢渣骨料进行不同温度的浸水胀裂试验,通过XRD检测了不同浸水时间胀裂钢渣颗粒中CaO相、Ca(OH)_(2)相与CaCO_(3)相的衍射峰强度,并开展了钢渣骨料浸水前后压碎值试验。试验结果表明游离氧化钙含量高和多孔性高的钢渣更易发生胀裂,浸水温度对钢渣胀裂影响最大,浸水胀裂的钢渣骨料发生f-CaO消解和碳化反应而持续生成Ca(OH)_(2)和CaCO_(3)。钢渣骨料浸水处理后强度劣化程度可用压碎值增量表征。 Four types of steel slags with different origins were used for water immersion tests with different temperatures.XRD test was carried out on cracked steel slag aggregates.The diffraction peak intensity of CaO phase,Ca(OH)_(2) phase and CaCO_(3) phase was used to analyze the effect of free CaO content on aggregate cracking.Aggregate crushing value test was performed on steel slag before and after water immersion.Test results show that higher free CaO content and porosity results in more susceptible cracking and immersion water temperature has the most influence on steel slag cracking.The hydration and carbonation happened in cracked steel slag aggregates,which continuously formed Ca(OH)_(2) phase and CaCO_(3) phase.The degree of strength degradation after water immersion can be characterized by using the increase on aggregate crushing value.
