水泥混凝土道面修补砂浆约束变形试验与模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 水泥混凝土道面修补砂浆在凝结硬化阶段,受到原混凝土道面的约束作用。为研究修补砂浆的约束变形特征,文中利用室内模型试验对修补砂浆的多个方向约束变形进行了实时监测,同时利用ABAQUS有限元软件对室内试验模型进行模拟。结果表明,约束变形模型中降温导致的温度应力不可忽略。同时通过界面应力计算分析了修补材料损坏率较大的原因和原混凝土损坏位置的分布特征。 The cement pavement repair mortar is constrained by the original concrete pavement in the setting and hardening stage.In order to study the constrained deformation characteristics of the repair mortar,indoor model tests were used to constantly monitor the constrained deformation of repair mortar in various directions,and ABAQUS was used to simulate the indoor test model.The results show that the temperature stress caused by temperature decrease in the constrained deformation model cannot be ignored.Through the calculation of the interface stress,the reasons for the easy damage of repair material was found and the distribution characteristic of repair structure damage positions was analyzed.
