摘要
新时代,医院开展科学化、规范化、精细化的运营管理是国家政策导向,更是医院高质量发展的必经之路。本文详细阐述了医院开展临床专科运营助理模式的全过程,分析前期试点实践的成效,并总结了相关经验做法。结论:有效的临床专科运营助理模式能切实加强临床专科运营管理,保证科室又快又好的发展,促进医院整体效益的提升。
In the new era,the scientific,standardized and refined operation management of hospitals is the national policy guide,and it is the only way for the high-quality development of hospitals.This article elaborates on the whole process of the hospital’s clinical specialist operation assistant model,analyzes the effectiveness of the preliminary pilot practice,and summarizes relevant experience and practices.Conclusion:An effective clinical specialist operation assistant model can effectively strengthen the clinical specialist operation management,Ensure the fast and good development of the department and promote the overall benefit of the hospital.
