摘要
随着国家对生态环境保护力度的不断加强,环境监测工作任务也越来越重,对环境监测工作的要求也不断提高,在环境监测工作中也出现了监测数据不准确,甚至监测数据造假等问题。为提高环境监测质量,提出从完善环境监测质量控制措施和环境监测质量保障机制两个层面,从样品采集规范化、运输和保存标准化、强化仪器的管理与维护、加强分析过程质量控制、建立完善的质量管理体系、加强质量控制的监督、加强人才队伍建设六个方面来推动环境监测质量控制工作的顺利开展,保障环境监测数据的准确性和可靠性,推动环境监测工作的高质量发展。
With the continuous strengthening of national ecological and environmental protection, the task of environmental monitoring is becoming more and more important. There are some problems in environmental monitoring, such as inaccurate monitoring data and even falsification of monitoring data. In order to improve the quality of environmental monitoring, proposed to standardize the collection, transportation and preservation of samples, strengthen the management and maintenance of instruments, strengthen the quality control of analytical process, establish quality management system, and strengthen the supervision of quality,Strengthen the construction of talent team in six aspects to ensure the improvement of environmental monitoring quality and promote the high-quality development of environmental monitoring.
