摘要
由于土地资源合理利用对一个地区可持续发展起着至关重要的作用,通过熵值法和变异系数法建立了土地利用效益的评价指标体系,应用加权求和综合评价模型和协调度模型对山东省2012~2019年的土地利用现状进行了实证分析。结果表明:①2012~2019年山东省土地利用综合效益整体呈现上升趋势,从0.1831升至0.7353;②土地利用协调度呈现较高的协调关系,在经济发展中逐渐实现土地利用效益的协调、稳定发展;③在个别年份,社会、生态环境发展相对经济发展较为滞后,在关注经济发展的同时也应关注土地利用的社会效益和生态效益。为此,提出了山东省应加强污染和环境治理,使社会设施公共基础建设更好地为经济发展和环境生态保护服务。
The rational use on land resources plays a vital role in sustainable development for a region.Based on entropy method and coefficient of variation method,this paper establishes the evaluation index systems of land use benefits and applies both weight sum model and coordination degree model to evaluate the current situation of land use in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2019. The results show that: ① from 2012 to 2019, the comprehensive benefits of land use in Shandong Province has been rising from 0.1831 to 0.7353;②Land use coordination has been in a relatively high degree of coordination, and gradually achieves the coordinated and stable development on land use benefits with the development of economy;③In some years, the development of social and ecological environment relatively left behind economic development. Therefore, the social and ecological benefits of land use should also be paid attention while focusing on economic development.Shandong Province should strengthen pollution and environmental control as well as make public facility construction better serve economic development and environmental-ecologicalprotection.
