摘要
目的归纳基层疾病预防控制中心在微生物实验室改造中的关键点,探索改造项目实施经验。方法通过分析该中心微生物实验室改造项目过程,探讨总结基层微生物实验室改造经验。结果完成微生物实验室改造,暖通、门禁、自控系统升级,电路扩容,实验室硬件水平大幅提升。结论疾控中心实验室改造需各科室群策群力,密切配合,改造以需求为导向,预留拓展空间。改造后专业维保必不可少。
Objective To conclude the key points of the microbiology laboratory reconstruction of grass-root CDC. Methods Through analyzing the project of the laboratory reconstruction of our center, this article investigates the experiences of the laboratory reconstruction of grass-root CDC. Results The transformation of microbiology laboratory was completed, the HVAC, access control and automatic control systems were upgraded, the circuit capacity was expanded, and the hardware level of the laboratory was greatly improved. The hardware level of our laboratory was greatly improved. Conclusion The transformation of CDC laboratory requires the concerted efforts of all departments, close cooperation, demand-oriented transformation and reserved expansion space. Professional maintenance after transformation is essential.
