摘要
由于PVD态钛合金难于获得常规压缩试样所需的尺寸,因而无法直接采用传统压缩实验方法来获得PVD态钛合金流动应力-应变曲线。为解决此难题,设计了一种针对PVD态TC17钛合金的特殊压缩试样。利用该特殊压缩试样,提出了PVD态TC17钛合金流动应力-应变曲线的测定方法,并利用该方法在热模拟试验机上对特殊压缩试样进行等温恒应变速率压缩实验,测出PVD态TC17钛合金在应变速率为0.001 s^(-1),变形温度为650、750和850℃时的流动应力-应变曲线。该特殊压缩实验方法和流动应力-应变曲线测定方法可推广到其它薄膜材料。
Because the PVD titanium alloy is difficult to obtain the size required by the conventional compression sample,so the flow stress-strain curves of PVD titanium alloy by the traditional compression test method cannot be directly extracted.To solve this problem,a special compression sample of TC17 titanium alloy in PVD state was designed.The measurement method of the flow stress-strain curves of TC17 titanium alloy in PVD state was proposed by the special compression sample.Isothermal constant strain rate compression experiment was carried out for the special compression sample on the thermal simulation test machine.The experimental results about the strain rate of TC17 titanium alloy in PVD state were measured at strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1) and deformation temperatures of 650,750 and 850 ℃.The special compression test method and flow stress-strain curves measurement method can be extended to other thin film materials.
