摘要
近些年,我国经济呈现新常态化,为了更好地激发中国经济的发展活力,促使经济稳定增长,我国开始逐步推广供给侧结构性改革。总的来讲,原有的宏观经济管理中心逐渐从需求侧向供给侧转变,为企业的发展创造出更多发展环境。在“大众创业、万众创新”的政策支持下,创新已成为企业发展的重要因素,企业在经营中丧失创新活力,就会被时代发展所淘汰。在经济新常态下,企业应紧抓供给侧结构性改革发展的历史机遇,扩大原有供给范围,将供给侧结构性改革作为企业发展的创新战略任务,从而构建起一体化、多层次的供给体系,培育社会的高端需求点,促进企业战略管理思维。本文分析我国企业战略发展中存在的问题,提出企业发展中面临的机遇,提出企业战略管理创新的策略。
In recent years,China’s economy has shown a new normal.In order to better stimulate the vitality of China’s economic development and promote stable economic growth,China has begun to gradually promote supplyside structural reform.Generally speaking,the original macroeconomic management center has gradually changed from the demand side to the supply side,creating more development opportunities for the development of enterprises.With the support of the policy of“mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation”,innovation has become an important factor in the development of enterprises.If enterprises lose their innovative vitality in operation,they will be eliminated by the development of the times.Under the new normal of economy,enterprises should seize the historical opportunity of supply-side structural reform and development,expand the original supply scope,and regard supply-side structural reform as the innovative strategic task of enterprise development,so as to build an integrated and multi-level supply system,cultivate high-end social demand points,and promote enterprise thinking of strategic management.This study analyzes the problems existing in the strategic development of Chinese enterprises,puts forward the opportunities faced in the development of enterprises,and comes up with the strategies of strategic management innovation for enterprises.
