摘要
电推杆在大客车构架体系中拥有非常明显的作用,既能在满足大客车正常运行的同时,又能为乘客的安全提供一定的保障。但由于电推杆在设计、制造等过程中,可能会存在部分机械性能不足,继而带来一定的安全隐患。于此,为梳理电推杆总成相关要素,提升其使用效能,文章立足电推杆基本概念和构成,以其检测价值和意义为切入点,探究电推杆总成检测技术。望对相关人员该领域的工作和学习有所启发。
The electric push rod is a very obvious role in the bus frame system,which can satisfy the normal operation of the bus and provide a certain guarantee for the safety of passengers.However,in the process of design and manufacturing,some mechanical properties of the electric push rod may be insufficient,which brings some safety risks.Therefore,in order to sort out the relevant elements of the electric push rod assembly and improve its use efficiency,this paper,based on the basic concept and composition of the electric push rod,explores the detection technology of the electric push rod assembly with its detection value and significance as the entry point.Hope to inspire the relevant personnel in this field of work and study.
