摘要
开展基础研究活动是提升原始创新能力的重要途径。为了强化中国基础研究环境建设,创造有利于基础研究的良好科研生态,有必要且有可能将基础研究活动纳入生态系统理论框架进行考察。基础研究生态系统是一个动态演化的复杂系统,是创新生态系统的子系统,由研究主体与研究环境共同组成,具有复杂性、自组织演化、可控性与边界模糊性四个特征,对其运行的分析包含运行动力、能量来源、能量流通、运行保障四个方面的内容。
To carry out basic research activities is an important approach which can improve the original innovation ability.In order to strengthen the construction of basic research environment in China and create a good scientific research ecology which is conducive to basic research,it is necessary and possible to analyze the basic research activities within the theoretical framework of ecosystem.Basic research ecosystem is a complex system of dynamic evolution and a subsystem of innovation ecosystem,which is composed of research subject and research environment.It has four characteristics including complexity,self-organization evolution,controllability and boundary fuzziness.The analysis of its operation includes four aspects named as operation motive force,energy source,energy flow and operation guarantee.
