具有全生命周期的多场景电力应急物资调度方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了减少多场景电力应急物资调度时间,设计一种面向全生命周期的多场景电力应急物资调度方法。首先利用全生命周期建立起多场景电力应急物资调度框架,对多场景电力应急物资调度阶段划分,分为应急物资调度优化和转运调度优化两个阶段;然后完成面向全生命周期的多场景电力应急物资调度。实验结果证明,此面向全生命周期的多场景电力应急物资调度方法缩短了应急物资调度时间,减少了调度成本,具有可行性与有效性,具备一定的实际应用意义。 In order to reduce the scheduling time of multi scenario power emergency materials,a life cycle oriented multi scenario power emergency material scheduling method is designed.Firstly,a multi scenario power emergency material scheduling framework is established by using the whole life cycle,and the multi scenario power emergency material scheduling stage is divided into two stages,namely,the emergency material scheduling optimization stage and the transfer scheduling optimization stage;finally,the multi scenario power emergency material scheduling oriented to the whole life cycle is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed multi scenario power emergency material scheduling method for the whole life cycle can shorten the time of emergency material scheduling and reduce the scheduling cost.The proposed scheduling method is feasible and effective,and has certain practical significance.
