摘要
目的观察无创呼吸机联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月-2021年7月我院接诊的80例急性呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予无创呼吸机治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血气指标(PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、PaCO_(2))、临床指标(无创呼吸机治疗时间、住院时间)、肺功能指标(FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%)以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05);观察组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)均高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无创呼吸机治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无创呼吸机联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗急性呼吸衰竭效果确切,可提高治疗总有效率,改善肺功能和血气指标,促进病情控制,缩短无创呼吸机治疗时间和住院时间,且不会增加临床不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilator combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of acute respiratory failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator,and the observation group was treated with N-acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indexes(PaO_(2),SaO_(2),PaCO_(2)),clinical indexes(noninvasive ventilator treatment time,hospitalization time),pulmonary function indexes(FEV_(1),FEV_(1)%)and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of mechanical treatment and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)%in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of noninvasive ventilator combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of acute respiratory failure is exact,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve lung function and blood gas indexes,promote disease control,shorten the treatment time and hospitalization time of noninvasive ventilator,and do not increase clinical adverse reactions.
