Optimization Analysis of Key Parameters of Internal Structure of Blast Furnace

摘要 高炉炉身角、炉腹角、高径比等合理的内型设计对高炉稳定顺行及长寿有很大影响。本文通过对国内外部分2000m^(3)~5000m^(3)立级高炉的炉身角、炉腹角及高径比等内型参数进行统计分析,并建立了高炉炉体受力模型对合适的高炉内型设计参数进行了探索。统计结果显示高炉炉身角、炉腹角及高径比随高炉容积的增加而减小,大型高炉"矮胖"趋势明显;数学模型的计算结果表明,在炉腰与炉腹交界处炉体会出现载荷应力集中现象,并且炉料的摩擦角、重力密度及高炉的炉腹角、炉身角等参数对炉体受力大小有一定的影响。 The reasonable inner shape design of the blast furnace,such as shaft angle,bosh angle,and height diameter ratio,has a great influence on the stable operation and long service life of the blast furnace.In this paper,the internal parameters of some 2000 m^(3)~5000 m^(3) vertical blast furnaces at domestic and overseas,such as shaft angle,bosh angle,and height diameter ratio are statistically analyzed.A stress model of blast furnace body is established to explore the appropriate design parameters of blast furnace inner shape.The statistical results show that the shaft angle,bosh angle,and height diameter ratio of blast furnace decrease with the increase of blast furnace volume.The calculation results of the mathematical model show that the load stress concentration occurs at the junction of the furnace belly and the furnace bosh.The friction angle of burden,gravity density,bosh angle,and shaft angle of the blast furnace has a certain influence on the force on the furnace body.
