摘要
                
                    以"亲核取代反应在大豆蛋白复合水凝胶制备中的应用"为例,将有机化学中"亲核取代反应"应用到实际材料的制备过程,同时联系生物、食品、环境以及材料等学院学生的专业背景,采用天然生物高分子大豆分离蛋白为原料来进行实验课程设计。实验强化了"绿色化学"概念,一方面促进了理论与实践间的联系,另一方面实现了有机化学与生物科学领域理论与实践上的双向交叉融合。实验旨在鼓励学生打破单一学科理论学习的固式思维,在实验过程中体会"学做相结合,学科两交融"的重要意义,同时锻炼学生的实验操作技能和基本的科研思维,提高学生的实践能力。
                
                In this paper, nucleophilic substitution reaction is applied to the preparation of real materials. At the same time, considering the professional background of students in the school of Biology, food, environment and materials, the natural biopolymer soybean protein isolated is used as raw material to carry out the experimental course design. The experiment reinforces the concept of “green chemistry”. On the one hand, it promotes the connection between theory and practice, on the other hand, it realizes the bidirectional cross and fusion between theory and practice in the field of organic chemistry and biological science. The experiment aims to encourage students to break the fixed thinking of single subject theoretical learning and realize the significance of “combining learning with doing and integrating subjects” in the experiment process. What’s more, students’ experimental operation skills and basic scientific research thinking ability are exercised and their practical ability is improved.
