摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、电子万能实验机、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析测试手段研究了第二级时效对7085铝合金δ230 mm厚板力学性能及晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在第一级时效为120℃/6 h时,7085铝合金厚板最优的第二级时效制度为155℃/(24~28)h。此时合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率最高为516 MPa,485 MPa,13.9%,电导率达到42.1%IACS。7085铝合金在第二级时效过程中主要析出相为η,和η相,随第二级时效温度的提高和时效时间的延长,晶界析出相逐渐呈断续分布,耐晶间腐蚀性能提高。在最优第二级时效155℃/(24~28)h时,晶间腐蚀最大深度为92.3μm,腐蚀评级3级。
The effect of the second stage aging on the mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion properties of 7085 aluminum alloyδ230 mm plate were studied by optical microscopy(OM),electronic testing machine and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that when the first stage aging is 120℃/6 h,the optimal second stage aging is 155℃/(24-28)h for 7085 aluminum alloy plate.The maximum tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloy are 516 MPa,485 MPa,13.9%,and the electrical conductivity reaches 42.1%IACS.The main precipitates of 7085 aluminum alloy in the second stage aging process areη,andηphases.With the increase of the second stage aging temperature and the prolongation of the aging time,the precipitates at the grain boundary gradually show discontinuous distribution and the resistance of intergranular corrosion is improved.The maximum depth of intergranular corrosion is 92.3 um and the corrosion grade is 3 when the second stage aging is 155℃/(24-28)h.
