摘要
目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴操纵杆撬拨复位治疗GartlandⅣ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法采用经尺骨鹰嘴操纵杆撬拨复位治疗11例GartlandⅣ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折。记录并发症和骨折愈合情况,采用Flynn评分标准评价肘关节功能。结果1例失访,10例获得随访,时间6~12个月。术后未发生医源性神经血管损伤、针道感染。骨折均愈合,时间10~12周。末次随访时根据Flynn评分标准评价肘关节功能:优8例,良1例,可1例,优良率9/10。结论经尺骨鹰嘴操纵杆撬拨复位治疗GartlandⅣ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折,能提高复位成功率,且功能恢复良好,是安全有效的辅助复位技术。
Objective To investigate the effect of pin joystick poking reduction in the treatment of GartlandⅣhumeral supracondylar fractures in children via ulnar olecranon.Methods The 11 cases of the GartlandⅣhumeral supracondylar fractures were treated with pin joystick poking reduction via ulnar olecranon.The situation of complications and fracture healing were recorded,and the elbow function was evaluated by using Flynn score criterion.Results One case was lost to followed up,and the rest 10 cases were followed up for 6~12 months.There were no iatrogenic neurovascular injury and pin track infection,all fractures healed within 10~12 weeks.At the last follow-up,according to Flynn score criterion of elbow function:8 cases were excellent,1 case was good,1 case fair,and the excellent-good rate was 9/10.Conclusions In the treatment of GartlandⅣhumeral supracondylar fractures in children,utilizing transolecranon pin joystick technique can improve the reduction rate,with good functional recovery,which is a safe and effective auxiliary reduction technique.
