摘要
前交叉韧带在膝关节机械稳定性和本体感觉方面起着重要作用,前交叉韧带重建术是前交叉韧带损伤后的主要手术方式。目前关于前交叉韧带手术治疗的研究主要包括手术方式、移植物类型、术后并发症及运动功能恢复等,术后并发症对患者运动功能的恢复有重要影响。本文对前交叉韧带损伤后骨性关节炎的发生情况、前交叉韧带术后并发症与移植物类型的关系和前交叉韧带翻修术的研究进展进行综述。
Anterior cruciate ligament plays an important role in the mechanical stability and proprioception of knee joint. Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is the main surgical method after anterior cruciate ligament injury. At present, the research on anterior cruciate ligament therapy mainly includes surgical approaches, graft types, postoperative complications and motor function recovery, among which the postoperative complications have an important impact on the recovery of motor function. This article summarizes the current situation of osteoarthritis after anterior cruciate ligament injury, the relationship between the occurrence of postoperative complications and graft types, and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
